  • Write down your favorite exercises from your favorite DVD's (like shred) and do them in the room before you shower in the morning... get it knocked out, then don't stress the rest of the day. Plus, if you're like me, you'll be walking tons more on vacation anyway, so that counts for something too!

  • I've tried Midol, it does help with the bloating and owies but not so much with the cravings... at least for me it didn't. Can't hurt to try :)
  • just did my shred for the day... decided to try level 2 and LOVE it compared to level 1. It's more fun and a little harder, so worth it to me... I'm sick to death of jumping jacks!!   • I no longer have periods because of surgery, but still have all my "parts"... I still get the bloating and gain from 3 to 7 lbs. when "it" comes. Drink lots of water and don't weigh yourself until you are done ;)
  • I like to cook meals ahead of time (like casseroles that are healthy), put them in plastic containers (just enough to serve you), then when ready to eat, reheat in a pan on the fire. It won't be pretty but it will taste the same and you know exactly what you're taking in ;)
