  • I would just do the work outs and eat the way you know you should. Fasting is not so good for the body (unless your dr. tells you to or something). You may not be "slim in 6" but you'll be exercising! Remember that old saying? If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is? hehe

  • Welcome, I was going to suggest the same as fitnessperfection just did... weight training will help build muscle and turn your body into a calorie burner naturally. Just be careful if you are new to this and start with light weights. Good luck!
