OH that goal, its 2lbs per week. I DO run. I enjoy running, but it hurts. How much excercise should I be doing? :/

Goal is 30 lbs, activity is moderate or light I think? When I'm not working out, I'm just doing household things, cleaning, cooking, playing with child, so nothing too exciting/active.

Ah ha, I just went back and looked at the last few days, and correction I did eat pizza. :) But otherwise the rest of the eating out besides subway, is a guess at what would closely match what I'm eating. I think I would DIE without carbs by the way. I <3 my carbs.

Okay, I do have to clear something up, I don't eat fast food, or even OUT very often. If it says I do, its because I picked a food that's closesst to the description. I feel great actually, I"m starting to get stronger and faster when I work out, and that alone feels good. Just waiting to see the numbers reflect it a bit more. I'm sooooooo impatient.

I'm glad you posted this. I was wondering this same thing today. And funny enough, I already understood it, just not the way I thought I did. In my head, working out just gets me more food. :-D

Its great that you aren't focusing on the number, its great that your motivation is to FEEL good about yourself. I'm working on the baby weight of my 2 yo as well! Good luck on your journey!!! :-D

Hey I'm new too! Just started the MFP today, have been working out for a little over a month, my goal is to lose 30 lbs. Hopefully with the help of this site, and some support it will go by easily. Add me if you want!:smile:
