Where are the litterboxes? Also, when she goes other places, are they the same places? And if so, have you done a DEEP clean with enzymatic cleaning solutions, checked with a blacklight, etc.? If your more aggressive cat is defending the litterboxes, and they are not spaced apart adequately with proper protection while…

Since you don't do seafood, maybe the waldorf wrap or the cashew quinoa salad?

Should be fine. I run without eating prior regularly. Make sure to eat or drink something to aid with recovery afterwards, though. Don't skip breakfast entirely that day.
-
That's absurd. It's almost like you are living a Stephen King novel, instead of living where he writes novels.

I would order lobster. But, I've never been to Maine so it would be quite a treat for me.

When it's hot, I slow my pace substantially. About 1 minute per mile. And I always make sure I have plenty of water. Ideally I will find an area with high trees, but it's not always in the cards. I have no advice on the kids since I don't have any yet.

Bike shorts might help. Really, though, saddle time will eventually help. I still get sore when riding my bike for the first time after winter, and I've biked 75 miles in one day at my peak.

Pretty standard. I think I was running for 45 minutes straight and only then hitting a 5k after c25k. I noticed that I could walk as fast as I could run at that time. I was disheartened until I realized that before c25k I could still walk that fast, but couldn't run for more than 30 seconds, and now I could run 45 minutes.

I have to move pretty quickly on the elliptical to get the same burn as running on a treadmill, based on my HRM data. It makes sense since you are moving your entire weight on a treadmill and not on an elliptical (since it's more or less a ski motion). Much in the same way that it takes a much greater effort to burn as…

I had a bout of acute peroneal tendonitis in my left ankle area last year. However, it didn't behave quite as you describe. It would get better as the ankle warmed up during a walk or run. In the end, time and advil and stretching helped. Specifically, the stretch where you turn your foot a bit described here:…

If I use your max-number-plus-10bpm idea, I'm probably in the high 190's I guess. Which seems closer. If we assume that I shouldn't be able to sustain anaerobic threshold for more than 3 minutes or so, then I would guess that equates to a 180bpm heart rate based on my experience running intervals, and so that's pretty…
-
I am in the supposed anaerobic zone about 95% of the time when running, if my app is to be believed.

I used to use it regularly. Once I stopped listening to music while running, it became less enticing I guess.

You don't sleep in on Saturday? WHY?!

Clearly not -- she can't even make her stop crying!

Well, if she's as smart as it appears, she will know that contracts with minors are largely (with a few exceptions) unenforceable, so she should not hesitate to sign it if it means she gets what she wants.

Good life advice? Here? Did you say cry or laugh?

I don't understand. Why would either team want someone who can't possibly show up as often as they should because of the conflicts? Seems like she's going to end up kicked off of one, or both, teams.

Can you switch your mouse to the other hand for a good portion of your week? that helped me with my issues somewhat.

I want to go to there.

Depending on what part of your thighs, you might try a screwdriver handle. A foam roller is actually kind of hard to use there because of the bones in the area. http://www.runnersworld.com/injury-prevention-recovery/self-massage-runners-way

Outside I run without music and need very little distractions other than the scenery. Inside, unless I'm in a treadmill class, I cannot have enough forms of simultaneous stimulation to keep me into it for as long as I'd like.

Your local running store should have told you the profile of shoe you are looking for and recommended several specific models. You are likely to be able to find last year's, or the year before's model of the same shoe online (amazon, 6pm, running warehouse, etc.) or at stores. Usually they don't change TOO much. Another…

But the reality is that the crossfit franchise system does not come anywhere near assuring that you will get a good trainer or good gym. The quality varies incredibly wildly. I know there's an outstanding local one, but I've looked at the supposed credentials listed for the trainers at other local ones, and it's absurd. I…

Caffeine slightly before lunch helps. Also, 6 hours is likely not enough. If I only got 6 consistently I would probably actually fall asleep at work. Not sure how much you are running, but the rule of thumb I try (largely unsuccessfully) to follow is, 7-8 hours plus 1 minute per mile run during the week. So if you run 30…

The more time passes, the more studies and information comes out about how good weightlifting is for you. Not surprising, given how much we likely had to do it in ye olden times.
