  • I do p90x. I wouldn't say I'm totally sedentary on my rest day. I typically am catching up on housework, shopping, or yard work. But I do try to relax. Those are used for muscle recovery so take advantage of what the experts have given you.:)
  • The one thing to remember is...if it goes bad in a weeks time, then you are choosing the right foods. Over processed foods hold little nutrition and lots of hidden calories and harmful additives. Try to limit those. Go checkout the blog www.skinnytaste.com. She has awesome recipes and a recipe box!

  • I'm on tne p90x journey as well. I'm coming to the end of week 8. I've got my DH working with me and it makes all difference. To date I've lost 20lbs and I feel great. It's hard but worth it. Feel free to add me.
  • I am about to start this again. I did it before and actually loved the program. It's hard and a lot of fun. Don't worry about muscle...unless our are lifting a lot, you won't get that. Dive in...have fun.

  • Invest in a compression tank. They even sell them at Walmart now. You can we're them under almost everything. Try on different sizes to see what size is the most comfortable. I usually get one at least two sizes smaller than I'd get for a regular fitted shirt. It may not help you in a bikini but it makes all the difference…
