If they are cutting your shoulders, then the chest band is not fitted properly. I don't buy expensive sports bras. I get a decent under wire bra for lift and separation and then put a compression sports bra from target over that. it keeps me from having uniboob and keeps everything in place.

I prep and bag all of my breakfast and lunches for the week on Sunday. I end up coming to work on Monday morning with a grocery bag filled with single portions of fruit and veg. I usually do a ponytail\bun with a cloth or sports headband...if I have time, I prefer to twist my bangs along the side of my head into a ponytail (kind of like a french braid). Because I sweat like a maniac...the cloth headbands work wonders...the only thing more annoying than hair in your eyes is sweat in your eyes.

I have the same issue. I've found that if I focus on a balanced pedal...meaning that I'm pulling the pedal as much as I'm pushing it...I don't have that issue.

There is nothing wrong with repeating until you get comfortable. You might also be running too fast. The C25K suggestion is that you run at a conversational pace.

I like to make my own vinaigrettes...but when the craving for a creamy dressing over takes me, I just use a small bit of lite mayo. Another simple favorite is just to add lime juice and cracked pepper...this works really well on spinach.
