  • Thanks everyone! I actually have only gained 2 pounds since I started Seroquel XR 3 months ago (which I attribute to eating too many sweets), so I don't think it's going to make me gain weight. The weight gain I have experienced was actually associated with being on Zyprexa for a year and a half...whish is why I switched…
  • Thanks everyone!!! I guess I just need to commit to exercising and eating a lot better and see what happens. I'm just happy that Seroquel doesn't seem to be making me gain any more weight. That is why I switched to it, as my weight gain happened all on Zyprexa. Seroquel is just maintaing that weight it seems. Could be…
  • Anyone know if there's a way to reply to someone on here so that they get notified? I always use the Quote button, but I don't think people get emailed on here about me replying to them...?
  • Ahhh. Yea, my right breast has always been smaller than left. It doesn't even look like the smaller one got any bigger with the weight gain
  • Nice! What sort of exercises did you do most of the time?
  • So, I just measured myself and got 36" under my breasts and 38" for the fullest part of my bust, so I guess I'm a 36 B now instead of 34 B. I'm not sure if I was a consistent 34 B before the weight gain, but this new size makes it sound like I gained 2 inches in my bust and around my back?...I believe the gain in my band…
  • THANKS for the info! I will measure myself soon. And before last year I was pretty much a steady 128 pounds for a long time and now I'm 165. You said that if I lose the weight I gained then my cup size would stay the same it is if it is now 2 inches bigger than my band size. Do you know why that is?
  • Do you know what specific kinds that have worked on people? And do you know if they're safe? I have tried fenugreek capsules before but they didn't do anything for me.
  • Thanks! Yea, I really wish I didn't care about this stuff but I've always been fixated on my breasts..Guess I just need to let nature do w/e it wants while I lose weight, better to be healthier.
  • So doing weights like that doesn't make you lose more fat in your breasts?? How much/often should one do pectoral type exercises then?
  • To 3dogsrunningYou know I learned that yesterday and have to say that it's the most shocking thing I've ever heard! So many people-especially men- must be clueless about that
  • Ok, thanks for replying everyone! Anyone else have similar stories?
  • I tried making this and it was gross
