I lost 3lbs in the first month and lost about 5 inches. Did the max interval circuit and my shoulders almost gave up at the end. Had to do plank punches on my knees. Hoping to see more results and good luck to everyone with the second month!

Good to hear from you all! I am on my second week of Insanity, and without doing Jillian's workouts or the cardios from JMBR, I could have never done Insanity. Loving the Insanity workouts so far, and a little scared about month 2.

Great to hear everyone's thoughts. I do agree that JMBR has really helped in preparing me for harder workouts and like Jillian says, I surprise myself with every new workout. 2 weeks left on JMBR and then will move on to Insanity. Lets see if I have it in me!!

I believe you should only eat 1600 cals, and not eat back the exercise calories. The nutrition guide does not suggest anything like that. But I may be wrong!

Yep, Workouts 9 & 10 are awesome, I was able to do most of workout 9, did 10 for the first time yesterday and found it really hard. My glutes & hamstrings are so sore today, never felt this with any other workout. Want to lose atleast 2 inches on my hips, and hope this workout will do the magic!

I am halfway through the program, haven't really seen any weight loss, but lost some inches here and there. Was wondering if it would be a good idea to do Ripped in 30 after finishing JMBR?! I know lot of people are starting the second round of BR, but am just worried I might get too bored.

I started my 30DS today and my calf muscles are soo aching..hoping to hang in there for the next 30 days!!
