Got the cardio in along with 30 min strength training almost have the water done & portion control is a check.

I got 30 min of cardio in plus strength training this morning & so far I'm at 90oz of water (8cups + 2 cups tea)

I'm in I haven't been using sugar for quite some time, I barely use stevia so I'll stay away from my plain Greek yogurt for the week, but I think the naturally occurring sugars in fruit should b fine for the challenge.

I will try to post a pic before the 6th or at least change my profile pic, my current weight is 190lbs and my goal for the ten week challenge is to lose another 20lbs and by June to be 150lbs so far I have lost 152lbs !
