Good morning, all! I got in my 30 day shred this morning. I started level 2 on Monday and was soooo sore yesterday. After some sleep, I feel much better today. It's still kicking my butt with the plank exercises though. :) I have Zumba tonight as well.

Day 8 completed! Zumba tonight. I was so sore yesterday but I feel much better today....Yay!

Day three done. I may have to start splitting up some of the dips and pushups after today. We'll see.

Happy Monday everyone! I had the day off so I had some time to do more than normal. Got in a 2.5 mile brisk walk, some swimming and I started level 2 of the 30 day shred. I enjoyed it more than level 1 but I have some serious work to do on planks! I stink at those! :ohwell: I'm off to start planning the rest of the week!

Good morning! I am feeling pretty lethargic yesterday and today and I almost skipped my shred workout this morning but guilt set in so I got up and did it. I feel much better but very tired! Good morning! Just finished my 30DS work out and feel good and ready to face the day. I have a Zumba workout tonight so I'm thinking I will have my larger meal for lunch and maybe a good smoothie for dinner since I won't be home until after 8pm. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday!

Ha! I used to have the black eye problem. However, I found the Freya Active sports bra on Amazon and have absolutely no problems now. Nothing moves at all! The bra seems to run a little small around the back but this thing was SOOO worth the money.
