Happy Friday! I purchased a knee brace yesterday. I am very happy about it and hope to try it out in Zumba tonight. Crossing my fingers that it works well. I am .8 lbs away from my next mini goal and am trying to reach that by Monday. I could use some strong exercise this weekend to help me out.

Happy Sunday! I've got a low calorie black bean soup in the slow cooker for my lunches this week. Today is the Zumbathon so I am eating a few more carbs today than normal to get me some energy to get through 2 1/2 hours of Zumba. It should be a fun day....and tiring.
