Good morning and happy Sunday! Today is the day to record your stats for the challenge starting tomorrow. We are going to measure and weigh ourselves once a week. I find that's the best way to record ones progress. It doesn't matter what day you choose just do whatever works for you. You can post your stats weekly if you would like, or keep them till the end of the 5 weeks. It's everyone's personal preference. I'm picking Saturday as my Stat day and will post my results at the end of the challenge. Good luck to everyone and I look forward to getting to know everyone during the next few weeks. Today is not a good day to weigh, women have the disadvantage a week a month. My weigh in is every Monday at work. I will just give my weigh here. My fitness trainer is tracking everything at the gym. I am doing this on the side for me.

I'm surprised because I got hurt Thursday night so haven't worked out since Thursday A.M... also ate like a pig yesterday.. so..yay me0 -

I haven't done any measurements lately, I did a weigh and measure at Curves Nov 5 and on Wed. before Thanksgiving but they didn't give my a copy of the stats. I remember they said I'd lost 1.5 " in my waist. I'll see if I can get the info or I'll self measure tomorrow morning. My weight was 195.6 Saturday but I didn't get my water in like I should have over the weekend !0 -

I'm up 1.2 from last week, I'm not worried at all.. I got through thanksgiving and all the leftovers and no exercise and up 1.2 is great news! LOL! I worked out super hard this morning, back to logging, I'm confident it will come off quick0 -

12/18 196.0 up 2lbs.! :mad: Too much sodium! :explode: Yesterday I was only up 1lb. but this morning up the 2lbs. :noway: Church Christmas party Saturday, Sunday Anniversary reception, Last night Faculty Family Christmas Party at ice rink. I didn't skate don't want broken bones for Christmas. Haven't been able to eat meals on time or what I normally eat. I'm having a salad today for lunch. I've got the morning munchies. I'm chewing the heck out of a piece of sugar-free gum and guzzling water right now. :ohwell: Exams going on this week and everything is crazy including my eating. I will NOT get discouraged!! Arm: .50" (both arms)
Total inches lost in the month: 2.5"
I continue to lose inches at the top of my body. I like this but need to see some loss in the legs too. What's interesting is that in the last month, my legs are looking better. I guess that's muscle changes, just not inches. I'm good with that. I have 6 more months to meet my goal weight. 40 lbs in 6 months (25 weeks) = 6.7 lbs per month = 1.6 lbs per week. This is definitely doable but will be challenging as I get closer to my goal weight. Guess I have some planning to do.0 -
