    Hi everyone!!!
    There is an Ice storm in Ontario, Canada so no access to internet yesterday to post final stats.

    I started this challenge at 226lbs.
    Current weight is 223lbs.

    I am happy that I did not gain any weight and was able to maintain some loss. The journey is NOT over though I am looking forward to the next phase :happy:

    Congrats to everybody no matter where you ended up in this challenge. Progress is not a sprint but a marathon :wink:

    2nd week 170.0 lbs
    3rd week 168.0
    4th week 167.0 lbs
    Last week 165.lbs
    Total lost 9.2 lbs lost

    I am super please at the results :)
    And today is my 30th burthday:)
    What a great gift to myself:)

    week 1 - 133.7
    week 2 - 134.9 (thanksgiving week)
    week 3 - 133.8
    week 4 - 132.1
    today - 131.7

    Total lost for the 5 weeks to holiday fit and fab = 2lbs

    I'm so HAPPY with this.. a 2lb loss is amazing for me! My goal was to NOT gain 10lbs.. and not only did I not gain .. I lost!!! go me!

    Great job everyone! The last four weeks could have been a bust for so many of us. Instead we are heading into a new year feeling strong. See you in the next challenge!

    Good Morning all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. 1crvygrl we are the same weight and age. happy This morning I was 194.8 too.Lowest I have been in I don't remember when. I hope everyone is feeling so much better as we are getting in shape.
    I started this leg of the journey with MFP on August 22, 2013 at 220. Ended the month at 216.0 loss of 4lb.

    9/2 216.0 9/30 209.0 (a loss of 7lb.)

    10/1 209.2 10/28 202.2 (loss of 7lb.)

    11/4 202.2 11/30 196.4 (loss of 5.8lb.)

    12/2 196.6 12/9 194.8 (loss of 1.8lb so far) YEA!!

    Total Loss of 25.2lb. YEA!! Feeling SO MUCH BETTER. So much more energy, stamina, I can get around do more. I just feel better. Hope everyone else does too. Take care friends and Happy Logging!

    12/18 196.0 up 2lbs.! mad Too much sodium! explode Yesterday I was only up 1lb. but this morning up the 2lbs.Church Christmas party Saturday, Sunday Anniversary reception, Last night Faculty Family Christmas Party at ice rink. I didn't skate don't want broken bones for Christmas. Haven't been able to eat meals on time or what I normally eat. I'm having a salad today for lunch. I've got the morning munchies. I'm chewing the heck out of a piece of sugar-free gum and guzzling water right now. Exams going on this week and everything is crazy including my eating. I will NOT get discouraged!! Everyone have a great Hump Day.

    12/27/13 Ending weight 192.8 Total loss for December 3.8 I'll take that! My greatest accomplishment was getting into size 14 pants and jeans! Congrats everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. See you next go round.
