  • Love my Fitbit. I attach it to my pocket at the beginning of the day and off I go. It encourages me to walk more because of my 5 miles per day goal. One day I even made it to 7 miles!!
  • I bought the Fitbil pedometer and love it! Measures my activity and tracks miles walked, which also syncs with MyFitnessPal. It's wonderful. Extra calories earned are added to MFP for the day.

I also began going to a personal trainer 3 months ago and the weight loss (none) and measurements were very disappointed. So, a week or so ago I started eating "super foods" which are supposed to increase…

  • Seems like all of us, whether in perimenopause or menopause, are experiencing the same problem. I swore February 1, 2012 that I would try everything to lose weight. Began going to a personal trainer and feel GREAT, but the weight isn't coming off. Got a list of fat burning foods that I began using this week. I'll let you…
  • Mondays are bad. I prefer Fridays, but my trainer insists on Mondays so I'll be "good" over the weekend. In for a big surprise tomorrow!
