I don't feel awkward anymore, I just do my thing!! It does help that many of the men at my gym are gay. But, honestly, what I've found is that if you take yourself seriously, others will too. I love the "boys" side of the gym!!!

The best time to work out is whatever time works for YOU! I, personally, always work out in the morning, not because it is "better" but because I am too tired and unmotivated after work. I like to get it over with then I don't need to worry about it. That being said, many people prefer early evening. Whenever - JUST DO IT!…

I have been feeling the same way recently!! But then I remember that it is not true, that maintaining is different from losing and all of this is to change your attitude towards food and exercise and become HEALTHY. So keep up the amazing work and take heart!! And think, once you reach your goal, you won't want to go back!!
