Best time to work out?

Just wondering. When is the best time to work out. I tend to work out in the evening after 8 or 9p...

  • The best time to work out is whatever time works for YOU! I, personally, always work out in the morning, not because it is "better" but because I am too tired and unmotivated after work. I like to get it over with then I don't need to worry about it. That being said, many people prefer early evening. Whenever - JUST DO IT! ;)

    That is the best time.

    Study after study could say morning workouts are best, and I would ignore them because I enjoy evening workouts. That is what works for me, so that is the best time for me.

    The best time to workout is the time that fits your schedule as you're more likely to stick with it.

    There has been some research that suggested that doing cardio early in the morning in a fasted state offered some benefits (which is great if you're a morning person) but when you read the studies and look at the actual variance it's minuscule.

    Go with what works for you.
