  • I think carbs can not be overlooked, but 300g protein is way too high for me. I'll stick to 1g protein per lb. I can see how carbs could be harmful when losing weight. I'm trying to gain weight and muscle...I need the carbs.
  • Thanks for the replies. On MFP I entered 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. The numbers it is giving me are 300g protein, 180g carbs and 53g fat. Am I doing something wrong?
