Confused on Nutrition (daily protein)
Hello, I have just started the P90x program. I am on level two of their Nutrition plan (2,400 cals/day). I weigh 160lbs and am looking to gain mass/muscle. I do NOT need to lose weight (fat maybe but not overall weight). According to MFP, I need to eat 300g protein/day. I think this is excessive and could do more harm than…
