Going to do day 5 today. Had to take a rest day on what would have been day 3. I couldn't feel my behind (literally).. but feeling stronger and I see a tad bit difference in my tummy already. need to take before pics..

Thanks for the input. I was weighing myself at odd times. so maybe I could do that. However, my main measurement is my clothes. but it was a real bummer thinking that I'm 4 lbs heavier.

My aunt lost 10 dress sizes in 5 months. Day 3 - so much more endurance! I made it through the workout with 2 stops - I cant do the transverse ab one and the bicycle crunches are hard but Im hoping tomorrow will be better. Sweat was pouring off me so Im hoping that the inches are too :)

Day 2 done! Good thing I did the workout smack in the morning. Otherwise I dont think I would have been able to. First day was a killer, today was better but the cardio was the hardest! I can do everything else but those are just killers! Hoping endurance will go up and the pain in my butt will go down - literally!!

same here, I can't do pushups because of sore wrists. But I try though, I do knee ones mostly but then for the challenge I'll try to bring in 1-2 full ones. I think regardless, the main idea is to work your arms and core! and as long as your not giving up thats what matters!!
