Fill up on low calorie density foods like homemade vegetable soup and salads with a fat free dressing. Avoid or limit wheat, oils, processed and sugar.

You times your ideal weight by 100 to plan your calories. 120 pounds is 1200 calories, 150 pounds 1500 calories. 1200 is too low for a breastfeeding busy Mom! I'd check with your doctor for a calorie guideline but I would think 1500-1800 would be doable.

Potatoes are good for you if you don't use butter, etc. Top them with other great stuff!

Mix a cup of Morningstar crumbles with a can of cream corn and water sauteed onion or dehydrated onion, garlic powder and pepper. Top a baked potato with it. Easy, low cal and satisfying!

I'm down 7 pounds in almost 2 weeks so far and feel a lot better so it was worth it. I was eating way too much cheese and pizza. So yummy though : )
