I enjoy gardening :flowerforyou: , papermaking and making cards...I used to do counted cross-stitch, but I can't see well enough now to actually enjoy it....oh, and of course, exercise!!!! :wink:

I was having the same problem/absolutely no energy for about 3 weeks...then, there was a post about fatigue last week and aside from the carb factor, someone mentioned iron deficiency...so, I bought a low dose iron supplement last Friday and felt the difference almost immediately...just a suggestion... :flowerforyou:

I agree with SuniBC...I record it when I do work that's out of the ordinary...for instance, gardening, heavy duty cleaning, etc...check caloriesperhour.com. They list every activity imaginable in the activity calculator...hope this helps...vee :smile:
