Great Work. I ran my 1st 5K at 350lbs, and am getting ready to run my second one.

It helped me to buy a heart rate monitor. That way I could see out many calories I was burning during workouts. So some of the workout when i though I was burning calories i found I was not. With that is also help to see how many cals I was eating and how man I was using.

I still don't get why having "some weight" on you is a bad thing. If it is not threating your health, and it works for you. Also all weight is not the same. Just cause you have some weight does mean you have rolls

I dont think its an excuss. I think people (women in general) look better with some weight on them (curves). It don't have to be alot of weight. But being too skinny is not attractive.

Stick with it. Maybe lower the calories or make sure to eb more exact on measuring your potions. Make she count eveything including sauces and such. Its not a quick fix but it feels good when you get there

I find that weights first gets the heart pumping, and cardio burns more calories after that.

I was happier when i didnt know anything. I just try to find other things that make me happy and do that. Like instead of going out to eat with friends, i'll go bowling instead. doing other things that made happy helped with those feelings and made it easier to get on to the next day.
