Deep clean, light clean, both are No. I take cleaning as a natural part of life. I think that as we get too lazy and try to take short cuts and call certain things excersing that is not.

Well at my heaviest I was 500. When I think of what I have lost I think its amazing and if I had only done this years ago where would I be now.

1. Need to eat atleast 1000 cals a day 2. Don't Eat back you calories. 3. Don't have a cheat day or rest day 4. If you don't have a Heart Rate Monitor you probably are not burning many calories. I doesn't happen over night

Simply NO. Clean is a basic routine. You can not count that and more than you count walking through the parking lot to get to your car.

I think time of day dont matter. I think calories are what matter. If you stay under your calorie limit and work out everyday, it will come off. Workout atleast 30mins a day. when I went on vacation I ate what I wanted too. But I only have 3 meals, and didnt snack. Plus since we were on vacation I hard all the time in the world to work. Speed is a factor, I wouldn't use MFP calulations. I wear a heart rate monitor when I run, and when I run faster I burn more calories.

what type of plan are you on? if your doing th right things shouldn't take long to see some kind of results. Way to stick with it though

I weigh myself daily. I like to see whats going on even though i know it can be in flux sometimes. But for the most part it is always going down.
