Hi people,

I have been researching on fat loss and muscle gain techniques for a while now and been failing at actually controlling my diet. I came to know of myfitnesspal from reddit (hi you lovely redditors :D) and this place seems cool and filled with really nice people.

I have started tracking my food in the diary and I think I will be able to bring down my body fat much better with this. But I need your support and motivation people !!!!

And of course I will also push you all to go that extra mile as much as I can. Looking forward to making friends and learning from you all.
