My sister has fibro and arthritis. Lifting regularly actually helps her pain. But I'm not sure it's that way for everyone.

MFP tends to estimate really low for most people. I have to set it to "very active" to get it even close to what I actually need.

:huh: I'm 5'9" and look pretty muscular. I was able to bulk. It took eating 3000 calories a day but it worked. I can also hit parallel on squats obviously.

People are of course allowed to have their own preferences on body type, the type they want and the type they are most attracted to. What is WRONG is using your own preference to try to define a word such as "feminine", by doing so you insult others that do not share the same preferences as you.

I weigh 2lbs more than I did when I started here. So no, I don't care about weight.

25 each for my first 2 pregnancies. I got down to pre-PG weight after the 1st. After the 2nd I lost an extra 20lbs. Yeah, then during the 3rd I gained 45lbs ending up at the same max weight. No multiples.

New Rules is a lot more complicated. The routine changes every 4-6 weeks, you have to learn new moves, some of which look hard (I only did the first one before I changed).
