  • I worked out a LOT this past week. I've found that if I put in 30 min of cardio I can allow myself potions of sweet treats so I don't end up bingeing on chocolate ice cream!   • I am hoping I can lose those 7lbs by Memorial day and 20 lbs total by 4th of July! I love having challenges that coincide with holidays... it keeps it easier to focus on the goal. SW: 169 CW: 167 = current weight GW: 160 = goal weight this challenge

  • This is a great challenge for me. My goal is to be down by 9lbs from where I am now. I know this is quite the goal since I normally lose around 0.5 lbs per week. I just want to feel better about myself and fit into some of my old summer clothes! Gotta love that motivation!!
