I live in MO, around the Branson area. I am very tired of the mud and am so ready for days of sunshine, green grass and flowers. I did get my lazy derriere to the gym yesterday, 30 minutes walk/jog on treadmill and 30 minutes cardio/sculpt AND I stayed under my allowed calories. Now to conquer today!

I just saw this thread and would love to participate. I want to lose at least 20 pounds and need motivation. I am definitely over 50 but not quite 60.

I will try, haven't been successful for months now so maybe this will give me more motivation. SW: 162 lb GW1: 155 (Sept. 6) GW2: 150 (Oct. 6 ) GW3: 145 ( Nov. 6) GW4: 140 (Dec. 6) GW5: 135 (Dec. 25) I know this is longer than 3 months but is a good goal for Christmas.

I am trying to break that habit as well. I do well for two or three nights but then I have a hard time falling asleep and I find a cup of skim milk and a bowl of Cheerios or Special K helps. It is still calories though so I am really trying to stop.

My reason is just to feel better and like looking at myself again. I won't even go to my doctor for a check up because I don't want her to weigh me.
