I'm 5'4 and going for 122 pounds. I got too skinny when I dropped below 120 once, but I feel like I looked my very best at 122 :)

Hang in there!! For me, it's helped to just let MFP decide my goals and to eat back all my exercise calories (basically, no tweaking the system!) Then, if I don't see progress, I don't beat myself up over it because I know I'm doing it "right" and should see results soon. :) Changing your goals manually might be best for…

Not sure about the lemon water, but I do feel that green tea really helps to flush out extra water weight!

This happened to me once... It's probably because you had a recent weight-in that was above your starting weight on MFP...so even if your most recent loss was 3.2 pounds, it was probably just 1 pound less than that starting weight, the one you first entered on MFP, and not your last entry. Hope that helps! :)

Thanks everyone! I think I'll hold off on them for now. I usually like Dr. Oz's advice, but it's true, I'd probably go broke if I bought into everything he promotes! :tongue:

I've heard that coconut oil is supposed to give you more energy and boost metabolism/fat burning. I tried adding it to my meals a while back and I did feel more energized and fuller, too! :smile: I cut it out of my diet after only a week or so though because i was worried about its high calorie content. I couldn't decide…
