I think it depends on what you eat. I wouldn't eat pasta or a cheeseburger before bed. But I do eat a night snack like an apple with peanut butter or banana and peanut butter. I have been consistent with my weight loss.

You are probably just retaining water. Cut down some sodium and continue drinking water. It will pass.

I weight myself weekly every Wednesday. I did weigh myself everyday but got frustrated with not seeing progress.

Fast food and lots of it. I would eat fast food 2 to 3 time a day. Drinking sodas and eating junk. When I look back on things that I use to eat in one day I get sick to my stomach. I can't believe I ate those things and how much I ate it.
