yes, yes you do. because watching your beloved pet die from heartworm or some other disease is horrible. now - getting the meds from the vet's office is stupid expensive - i agree. go online - there are online pet pharmacies that have it much cheaper - for instance, i buy a 6 month supply of a combo treatment for my dog,…

great job! that's a wonderful, long-lasting NSV (until he starts calling you from college - well, not you, your husband - and convinces your husband to promise to get home-made dinners mailed to him)... thank god my oldest is coming home this weekend - the postage charges are killing me ;) :flowerforyou:
-
welcome - there's a bunch of the Mittenheads on here... best of luck to you! :flowerforyou: oh - and i'm from just north of Detroit :D

have to admit, i'm a morning jogger... sunrise in the Detroit area is around 6:30 am - so i go from 6:30-7 every morning during the week, then have a longer run on the weekends... other option - since your fiance is hopeless at cooking - you cook, you both eat dinner, then you go for a run while he does the dishes :) good…

congratulations OP - happy anniversary! You're so right... just because Dr. Squishy is uncomfortable is not a good reason to skip it... and i continue to pray that someday, someone will invent a machine to scan for testicular cancer in the same manner...

i'd actually go back to the store where you got the shoes & ask them to watch you run (i know, sounds weird, but if you got them from a specialty shop, it's not all that odd)... could be that you had a strange accommodation for your old shoes in your gait, and it'll just take a little while to get back to normal... you say…
-
absolutely this - try anything you plan on doing at least once before your half... for instance, i found out that drinking gatorade for the first time (ever - don't judge - i'm just cheap  ) at mile 10 resulted in an unanticipated need to sprint from the finish line to the nearest bathroom... which i couldn't…

thought you looked familiar... :drinker: Michigan chapter ran out of booze one day... never went back. Oh - well, definitely sweaty, anyway...

thanks for sharing - you look AMAZING! well done!

i don't know... i had a guy pull out an engagement ring at dinner and ask what i thought... so that he could give it to the love of his life the next day. he was actually surprised that i threw my drink in his face (yes, we had the "exclusive relationship" conversation 2 weeks prior)... :drinker:

- Drink a glass of water - wall sits - hide all the chairs - take a nap  (it's Monday, i've been dreaming of naps since my alarm went off this morning)

is it generalize shame, or is it: "It was an actual stunning sense of ‘this specific terrible thing is specifically and terribly my fault.’” ~Douglas Adams, The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul :drinker:

there have been a few... was a University of Michigan athletics tutor when i was there in the 90's... so that covers Desmond Howard, Chris Webber, Jalen Rose, Elvis Grbac, and Tom Brady (who it was fun to run into later when i was working in Boston & we had dinner)... more UM - Darren Chris (Glee) - when he was trying to…

i'm in! Mapquest wouldn't give me a walking route to Disney World, but driving from MI is 1181 miles... so, starting March 1, at 20 miles a week... good thing i'm training for a half-marathon :)

in the spirit of OP, here's what I'd say... "Oh, we're so sorry. [Make up a name] has been reprimanded for not leaving messages on erroneous phone calls. You can be assured that the mistaken call was made by an actual human and not an auto-dialer. I'm really annoyed at [insert another name here] who also works for the…
