All suggestions welcome..... I am female, 39yrs, 5ft 4inches, current weight 198lbs and quite active doing all the exercise as previously posted and cycle a 7 mile journey to work 3 x per week. I just want to drop the weight!!!

Wow thanks for all the replies.....new start today, onwards and upwards!! Going to set some mini goals, be less hard on myself, think positively and take it from there. Thanks everyone x
