Thanks! I'm going to try it and then the rest of the time concentrate on lifting. I usually do 30 minutes a day on elliptical or treadmill

Me too! I feel great after! I limit it to about 45 minutes. I drink coffee with creamer on the way to the gym. I guess as long as I feel good I'm not going to worry about it. I try to get back in the evening for 30 minutes of weights

I dont want to ruin muscle which is my goal to lose fat and build muscle. I'm not trying to get super skinny weight goal is 165. Thats exactly what I do with weights. Sometimes I hit legs twice just because I love it lol. I never thought about the one week off! Great idea thank you. That will be a hard week I love to lift. 5'6. I have my macros set at 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat. I usually go over on the protein side though. Is this a good setup?

Maybe lifting to heavy? My trainer had me lifting heavy for awhile and I wasnt seeing the scale going down. I started lifting higher reps lower weight and it started coming off fast. I love weights but Ive learned to work up to lifting heavy until after I have some pounds off
