Cardio question
I met with a trainer on Saturday who told me I need to stop doing so much cardio. I dont want to be really skinny I want to keep my legs to still be 'thick' but with muscle. I have 60 pounds to lose. What are your macro percentages set at for weightloss? I have mine at 40 protein/40 carbs and 20 fat. I'm thinking of setting them at 50/30/20. I do a 1200 calorie diet and workout everyday. Calorie help!!!!!!
I am so confused on how many calories to intake to lose weight. I would like to lose 2-3 pounds a week. I workout 6 days a week. For at least an hour each time. I eat 5 small meals a day. Currently weigh 217. Goal weight is 165. I do lift 4 days a week which really slows the scale down to. Suggestions?

I weigh 219 I have 80 pounds to lose. I workout sometimes twice a day. Usually am quick cardio. Then go back in the evening for weights and 15 minutes cardio. I set myself at 1500 calories a day. So far I'm doing great. But I'm confused with macro a and how you do the split?
