What are your macro percentages set at for weightloss? I have mine at 40 protein/40 carbs and 20 fat. I'm thinking of setting them at 50/30/20. I do a 1200 calorie diet and workout everyday. When I work out I add whatever my calories burned to my daily calorie goal. So I never really only eat 1200. I have found working for my food is more fun! I did not count macros for a week and only went by calories and I gained back a pound! Looking for advice on setting macros!!!!!

Either 50/30/20 or 40/40/20 will work just fine as long as you are sticking to your calorie goal as well. I wouldn't worry about gaining back 1lb. Body weight naturally fluctuates a few lbs quite often.

I don't go by percentage because it's archaic, I go per lb of lean bodymass
protein: 1.2 gram per lb lean bodymass
fat: 0.45 gram per lb lean bodymass
carbs: whatever remaining calories0 -
I cant seem to decide which to stick to! lol do you stick to one of flucuate between them?0
