try the 90 calorie ones.. they may not be as harsh.. I loooooooooooove the fiber brownies. I put 1 T of peanut butter on them for a snack or a dessert. LOVE them. stick with it... the stink will subside. :)

I agree.. too many laxatives and your body will become dependant on them.. Im not a huge fan of fiberous veggies.. I usually have one or 2 90 calorie fiber brownies or bars daily. ... or a cup of all bran cereal with almond milk... Sometimes if you are eating too much dairy , it will bind you as well. gl.

I buy village hearth italian bread or multigrain bread... is 40 cal a slice ... they also make hamburger buns as well.

i make my own taco seasoning.. would probably boil the chicken in some rotel tomatos then shred it.. as for the shells, I buy fat free ones.. La banderita makes them.. 89 calories for one burrito shell. I also use kraft shredded cheese with a touch of philadelphia in it.. it seems to be less calories than regular shredded…

this morning I had one brown and serve sausage , two tater tots, quarter cup of southwestern style egg beaters, 1 wedge of laughing cow chipotle cheese, 2 slices of village hearth light italian bread ... was yummo and was 246 calories!

I eat bran flakes with almond milk and a half of a banana or a few strawberries.

my kids are mac n cz freaks, but we buy ours at save a lot... they like it better than kraft! and is only 50 cents a box.

my new favorite weakness is a 200 calorie snack.. TOO much for a snack, but damn... emerald breakfast on the go smores blend... LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it!

I disagree with Randall completely.. Log the 200 and think of the added weight as calories lost as the bonus part.
