Does anyone ever get tired of trying to make new creations to satisfy old habits? Like pizza for instance... what I wouldnt do for some pizza hut pizza for lunch, instead I try to :"create" something else that will fit into my calories. Just curious if anyone else rides bikes as their form of cardio? I ride at least 3 miles a day with my kids. I enjoy it because we spend time together. I make sure to stay at 10 mph or more and coast as little as possible. When I log it an amount burned comes up but I am unsure about it being a good form of exercise.. any…

So, I hit a milestone today, under 200, but, was a friend's 40th bday and we went out for dinner. I ate like I used to and I wanna puke!. under 200
I have been doing MFP since April 1st. Today I stepped on the scale for kicks, its not weigh in day just yet and I saw a ONEderful number... for the first time in over 15 years, I weigh less that 200 lbs. bbq chicken pizza
I found these new Brownberry flatbread pockets at Walmart. 100 calories a piece, I added 2 T bbq sauce, 1 oz chicken breast, onions, and a half a cup of Low moisture mozzarella cheese with a hint of philly brand cheese. ( I like it cheesy) baked in over til melted and voila.... 340 calories for a personal pan style pizza!
