I have been trying to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Nearly killed me the 1st day., skipped the 2nd , and got right back at it on the 3rd and 4th day.
I have issues with my right leg... achilles tendon surgery.
and now am having an issue with my left knee, because of my right leg. I put the brace on my left knee and had no pain the first day, then yesterday.. OMG ... lets just say there wont be any 30 ds for me for awhile... I dont want to undo the start of my working out. I have a very unattractive tummy and gut from years of ignoring . Besides crunches, reverse crunches. etc. what things can I do for cardio besides using my legs.
