  • My idea of a cheat day is having one day a week (usually a weekend day) when I don't have to record everything I eat. I still eat small portions and healthy food, but it gives me a break from having to record every single thing I consume.   • Getting in cardio at all is good! I have heard, however, that getting and keeping your heart rate up (less rest between cardio) helps you get more out of your exercise. Either way, just get in what you can, when you can. Keep it up :)
