Just curious...

Do you think it matters if I do my workouts all at once or several times? For example: I did 30 min. of cardio this morning, and 10 min when I got home, and then 5 min shortly after that. What are your thoughts?

    Getting in cardio at all is good! I have heard, however, that getting and keeping your heart rate up (less rest between cardio) helps you get more out of your exercise. Either way, just get in what you can, when you can. Keep it up :)

    Each calorie burned counts, but if you're training for endurance, you'll want to do longer sessions...
