Upper body moves for weight training 1. upright rows 2. bench press 3. overhead press Lower body moves for weight training 1. Squats 2. lunges 3. leg press and of course dead lifts I think they work it all

I tried dropping my carbs for a week....2 days of 70- 90, 1 day of 160, 2 days of 70-90, then 1 day of pretty much what I want. Good luck...be patient and keep up the good job

I had the same issue...so I swiched to land o lakes 1/2&1/2...2-3 drops of pure vanilla, a shake or 2 of pumpkin pie spice and splenda to sweeten...I don't miss my International delight any more.
