Actually I LOVE, fruit in my salad..try blueberries or sliced pears,mandarin oranges or strawberries roasted red peppers, seedless cucmber, carrots, red onions......balsamic vinegar/ oil...experiment ther's just too many combos!

Oooohhh Nooo this is actually GREAT timing Victorias Secrets biannual sale started yesterday for the undies, and my suggestion fir clothes....Hit up Good Will, Salvation Army or Savers, or any consignment store in your area...I've dropped 3 sizes and new clothes are expensive. Hi, I'm new to the group, but not to lifting heavy, I'm about a month in. I never thought I'd enjoy lifting so much. The only draw back is the callouses. I'm not sure beacause I ran the Chase Cororate Challenge which is a 3.5 miles..but I finshed in 36.25. Time isn't what counts, It's participation...just go out and have fun...meet new people and be pround that you showed up!

Oh yeah...I ( or should I say my boyfriend) noticed right before dinner I got cranky, easy to trigger(snap). After some thinking, it might have been trying to maintain a 1200 calorie net. diet. So I did some research and tweeked my calories to equal my BMR 1360. I haven't had the mood swings or crankiness since.
