Yes i always get this as well. Its so frustrating! I really try to limit myself to a single cheat meal as i find it harder the next day (due to hunger) to get back on track if i have cheated for a full day or two. I know i shouldn't drink them either, but i still do. I have managed to cut it down to one or two 500ml bottles a week. Its hard, i really love it.

I'm really sensitive, i cry at everything i can't help myself. I'm usually ok until the sad music comes but if someone else cries and i watch them it makes me cry. I watched the Pride of Britain awards last night and my mum thought i was dying i was really bawling my eyes out! :)

Yeah that is a wee bit strange, i don't drink black tea anymore cause it was starting to stain my teeth but it never made me feel sick. Would ya not drink it with milk?

I know where you are coming from!!! I also have thick curly dry hair, its really annoying. I usually give it a wash and blow dry it straight and straighten it! Well done! I've lost 4 stone 2 lbs so far and i still have bout 70lbs to go but im gona try and look at it as lbs lost not lbs still to go. It can be a bit daunting sometimes but hey, if you've lost that much then you can lose the rest!!! :wink:
