Hi, I also suffer from low blood pressure. I find it more annoying than anything else. I have hypotension, so my blood pressure drops when i stand up. I usually forget and jump up too quickly. I usually get very dizzy and my sight blackens for a second followed by blood pumping painfully through my head. Unfortunately…

Hi I'm in Ireland and my diary is open, add me if you like.

Hi Donna, welcome back! :flowerforyou: You'll do it this time!!!!
-
Don't worry Melissa, you will be fine. Just take it slow to start with. If you burn yourself out too quickly or reduce your calories too much you will leave yourself starving and wrecked and you will just want to quit. Remember baby steps! You can do this! Feel free to add me if you like.

I still have 84lbs to go, so i'm in! Laura x.

Hey thats fantastic, my story is quite similar. Started here at 289lbs, 5ft 8, 26 years old. Now down to 224lbs. I'd still like to lose about another 84lbs (well maybe now that much, the number will prob change as i get closer). Like you i'm gonna get stuck in after Xmas. 2012 will be our year!!!!!!!! Lol.

Im interested in this too. I'm finding it hard to find a good role model. I am naturally an apple shape (although at the min i'm more of an orange shape) and there are plenty of beautiful pear shaped and curvy women i aspire to look like but unfortunately i will never be that shape *sighs*. Maybe i'm just not looking hard…

Really inspiring! I needed that today. Thank you.

Please tell me where can i find one of you?

I would advise you not to try it if you can do it yourself. I actually did the Lipotrim diet before which is 3 shakes a day (around 500 calories) and although it did work, i lost bout 2 and 1/2 stone in 9 weeks it made me very ill. I did not exercise as my calories were so low it made me light headed and i drank between 3…

I'm quite interested in this myself. I've lost 63lbs and i can notice the skin starting to go espically on the lower part of my stomach and the inside of my upper arms. It really scares me and gets me down when i think about what i will look like at the end of this as i've still got 83lbs to go!!!!! But i'm trying not to…

I love all of them, i just love Xmas. Santa Claus the movie, the grinch, Edward scissorhands (not technically a xmas film but xmas is in it and i love it, bit of a tradition in our house), miracle on 34th street, home alone and the snowman every Xmas morning. Don't think this counts but Doctor Who and Eastenders every Xmas…

Thats fantastic! I love to hear people's success stories. They also give me that extra kick up the bum to keep going!!! Congratulations : )

Thanks for posting.

Thats definitely the right attitude. Things always seem better when you look at them one meal or workout at a time!

Love your humour! ; )

Just try it and see. The best bit about logging everything you do is being able to experiment with diet and exercise to see what works best for your body and if it isnt working, look at your diary and exercise and change it again until you finds what works for you. Everyone is different and what works for you now won't…

Yeah this happens to me as well. Any time i fall off the wagon, it takes me a few days to get over the bloating and slugishness. Not too bad if i only have a cheat meal, but if i go mad for a few days it really zaps the life out of me. Will i ever learn?? lol.

Ha ha, i hear ya!
