I agree with imjolly. More protein in in your breakfasts and try to lower your intake of sodium. For your body is holding on to what little water that you are drinking. I am also new! I had only 13 to go, but the holiday's put me over and also a week of the doctors telling not to push myself due to a fall on the ice. So now I have 17-20 to go. But I have been stuck at a plateau for 6 months.

I do it 3x a week....Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I run the opposite days or a run/walk. Depending on how sore I am from the wod.

I weigh myself on the 1st and the 15th in the mornings after I go to the bathroom and before I eat. And if either of those fall on the TOM I weight a couple of days due to water retention! :happy:

I take my measurements once a month on the 1st of the month in the morning and also weigh myself that same day. Then I weigh myself on the 15th of the month.

I would eat for breakfast a protein shake or some greek yogurt, eggs and some good carbs, and after I would recommend a glass of chocolate milk, so some more protein after to feed the muscles and also to stretch more after the class.

Well I started my journey last september at 210-215 and my current wt is176. My goal is to be around 145 and I have a medium frame. And like others have said...that could change when I get there.

I recommend lifting weights. You want to build muscle to get rid of the flab.
