Questions on taking body measurements…

I am wondering from the people that take measurements. How often do you take them; once a week, once a month? Do you try to take them at the same time of day or does time of day not matter?

    I take my measurements every 2-3 weeks. Most of the time, I take them in the morning after I weigh in. When I'm "stalling" in weight loss, I usually do loose inches.....so it makes me feel better.

    I take my measurements once a month on the 1st of the month in the morning and also weigh myself that same day. Then I weigh myself on the 15th of the month.

    On the 1st of every month right after I weigh in.

    I'm pretty close to obsessed with it as I am with the scale. It's crazy how much the measurements can change with fluctuations in water weight, etc. I just do it several times a week out of curiosity, not because I feel it makes any difference in measuring the weight loss. I'll compare them every couple months.

    I am in my second week of Insanity and I weigh, measure and take pics every 7 days so I have all I need to see my progress and keep me motivated :)

    And I do the measure and weigh after my workout and take pics that night.
