Pan seared salmon, green giant healthy heart (pearled barley, sugar snap peas, and jullian carrots in an herb olive oil sauce- it's amazing!), steamed green beans and a nice glass of vino.

We've got 2 cats (a peach point siamese and a fat tabby who thinks he owns the world), 13 african cichlids (these are fish for those who dont know) and I am anxiously awaiting the birth of my "blue" pit bull. All this, and just to think, my better half has NEVER owned a pet in his life. He's very forgiving :wink:

Your going to have to get your butt to the gym and grab yourself some extra allowance on your daily totals. there is no magical fat free food that you can have, and I doubt that you want to eat cardboard for dinner. Oatmeal and apples are my mainstay for fiber. Adding something (meaning chemicals) to try to get in fiber isn't necessary. In my opinion, you should be able to get what you need from whole foods rather than a supplement.

Please don't quote me but I am pretty sure that for those pasta "shapes" it adds up to roughly a cup cooked. I hate to even say this, but I have been known to first weigh out the pasta (dry) and actually count how many noodles I get (I know...shameful :blushing: but it is what it is)

It's Tuesday!!!!!! My weight is 173.0, which is shocking since my TOM will start tomorrow so I am thrilled to have the scale show any loss (-.6). Everyone else is doing awesome! Hopefully I can catch up with you guys soon! Great job everyone. Keep it up!

Weekends are the bain of my existance. Especially with football. Beer and junk food are all over the house. This is true, which is why I put log only half of the time that I actually spend on the workout. I circuit train with little to no rest between sets so I know I am getting a cardio boost as well, just not as much as MFP tells me.

You can find the noodles in most stores. They are...um...not for everyone. Some people like them and others can't stand them.
