Premier Nutrition. Premixed. Get them at Costco. They rock! After your workout. Also, in case you care; take an L-Glutamine tablet with it. If your body isnt used to the influx of protien in a shake you will thank me for this little tip!

I take the starkist albacore tuna lunch kits to work with me. They come with a low fat mayo pack and crackers. Pair that up with a pc. of fruit and you are good to go. Can you take a small cooler with you?

Green apples, yaya pears, carrots, and cherry tomatoes (if you keep them in the fridge). For me bananas are the worst; they get brown spots by the time I get them to the car. :)

It depends. They usually have a choice for "raw" or "cooked" for items like hamburger and other meats. Hope this helps.

Farmer Boy Greek Dressing is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. And it is low calorie, no fat, and like 10 mg of sodium. It is soooo good. Other than that, I spring for the cost of a really good bottle of balsalmic vinegar....you don't even need oil if you get a really aged product.

Try drinking more water. 2 glasses is not even close to the recomended amount. I tan as well, and I notice that when I eat salmon, avocados (yes you can have these in moderation) and cook with a small amount of olive oil, it makes a huge difference on my skin, noticible within a week or so. Im also big on taking a daily…

Try to remember that you are training as well. This alone is going to build muscle (which weighs more than fat) so try to go by measurements rather then the scale. That way even if the number doesnt budge you can have something tangable to track. Good luck!

I am sorry....but I don't think that I could live without velveeta ( <----having a heart attack even thinking about it :cry: ). I have to have it every once in a while, and like you said- there is nothing else that duplicates it much less replaces it. :love: That's why I can't keep it in the house!

Perhaps your issues are medically related. You should see you doctor to rule out hormonal and other factors as well as possible depression. What ever you decide, good luck and keep your head up. :)
