Summer Makeover

I'm going to be turning 70 in 25 days decided I'd better get in shape. I hit the Gym 5 days a week, 3days weight training 2days yoga. I have been on this MFP for 11 weeks and have lost 21 pounds, I like the way it keeps track of what I'm eating. I also credit Shakeoligy a drink my coach got me started on ( he is also my son ) it replaces any one of my meals. I also completed PX90. Mind set has a lot to do with it, you must stay focused....Have a great work out, nice to be here.

    Wow! You are such a motivation! Anyone that says PX90 is too hard should take a look at you! Congrats!
  • Wow! Now that's what I'm talking about. GO YOU! I just pray that I'm that motivated when I turn 70. Congratulations on your weight loss and fitness achievements. When I'm whiny and feeling sorry for myself, I'll remember you.
