Fall 6 Week challenge folks

So I tried to add a bit to my workout. I taught Zumba for 60 minutes, then did 5 minutes on the stairmaster (level 8, ugh) and then 10 minute run on the treadmill, and some ab work for another 10 minutes.

Settling down to a spinach salad and chili for lunch. How is everyone feeling today??
