  • Hi! I'm currently on day 25 of keto and I'm always looking for friends to keep me motivated and to share ideas.
  • Awesome! Do you do shakes every day or only certain days? We are still learning the process. But so far we love it!

  • My husband just completed isagenix 9 day cleanse and he lost 12 lbs. I just started the 9 day today. It is a little pricey and isn't easy to do but I believe it's worth it. Im not looking to become a sales rep but if you need some help let me know. I'd be glad to send you more info.
  • To lose 1 pound of fat, you must burn 3,500 calories more than you have eaten. That 3,500 calories can add up over a few days. So yes, if you have a 2,000 calorie deficit all week long, you only need to burn 1,500 more to have lost a full pound. It's always a good idea to make all calories come from healthy food choices so…

  • I'm not sure how to add friends on my Fitbit but I'd like to
  • I'm reminded of the story of Moses that I studied yesterday....In Exodus 17, so long as Moses had his hands lifted, the battles were won...but when he became weary and let his hands fall, the battles were lost. I believe the same is true for us. If we allow our thoughts to consume us, we will become weary.... Lifting our…
  • "This could be a season of transition....Warfare always surrounds the coming of a miracle. Now is not the time to give up! Don't give glory to the devil, saying oh well, the enemy is attacking me....NO! You need to bless the Lord because your redemption draweth nigh!" -Jonathan Suber
  • waiting for the Lord to step in isn't easy. waiting is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. patience is a fruit of the Spirit, which means it's gotta come from Him...but patience is something we must practice to perfect. Am I the only one that has the little monster  that whispers in my ear that God doesn't love…
  • Love this. You crack me up
  • I feel very inadequate as I sit here reading all of your comments and beautiful testimonies.....I truly believe that I am surrounded by women of God and once again, I find myself humbled to even be counted as one of the members of the body of Christ. I do believe that I may come from a different perspective...and that is…
  • What a journey you are on! God's not finished with you yet! You are destined for greatness. God bless :flowerforyou:
  • I wasn't able to keep up with the warm up until day 25 or 27....and it was still a butt kicker!!! You are doing FINE!! And you know what? you are probably working harder than the average person because you are already in shape....so I'm thinking you are probably gonna end up with GREAT results!!! CHAMPION!!! :)
  • Most protein powders can be mixed in water, made into smoothies or even no bake cookies! It's best to have your post workout recovery drink/meal within an hour after a workout. Depending on what's in your powder, the only side effect may be bloating...but that's very rare. If it's a recovery blend, then you'll be less…
  • oh wow, there isn't one specific way.....keep yourself motivated, be encouraged, be educated about fitness & nutrition, keep moving and pray yourself through bad cravings. that's what's worked for me. Good luck and God bless!
  • this gives me hope! I've had a few abdominal surgeries, including c-sections and I've been working on it. someone told me once that it may not be possible for me because one of my scars is vertical from my navel down...and that may change the way my muscles develop....but i dont know about that..... I'm thinner and leaner…
  • * EDITED* that was just too personal :blushing:
  • this fascinates me...I bet you are one interesting person. More so than you realize?
  • baby, find a church that fits JESUS. read your bible...get to know Him for yourself. You don't have to take other ppl's word for it........then you will be able to find where you fit. xoxoxo --percy
  • He is just one breath away. He loves you. He wants you to be whole. You are so very important. You matter so much. <3
  • You may not want to hear this, but here's what I did to get rid of my "void"..... For several years after I miscarried, I was depressed and eventually became an alcoholic. I tried all the different types of meds for it and nothing seemed to help. alcohol didnt make it any easier, either. I eventually just stopped. I…
  • Ok, I only listen to Christian music, but we've come a long way since "Bringin' in the sheaves" lol!! My workout playlist has TobyMac (me without you, lose my soul) , Mandisa (good morning), Kirk Franklin (I Smile, When I get there, Looking for You) Tye Trebbitt (Fresh, Good), Building 429, Fred Hammond, Newsboys (I am…
  • Actually, the blood type diet is just another fad. I also have a co-worker that is trying it. They eat according to whatever their blood type is. It is sort of healthy in that it suggests eating healthier foods. But in my opinion, any program that calls itself "diet" is destined to fail. The word diet brings "deprivation"…
  • Looks like you dodged a bullet on that one. I have a feeling that probably isn't her only character flaw. Pray for her and move on. xoxxo Percy
  • I'm with Tami....I gave it up for a couple months....but now I have two cups in the morning, no sugar, just creamer or unsweet almond milk. When I'm craving a warm up later in the day, I have either black or green tea sweetened with honey :) :)
  • How I stay motivated: -by looking at before/after pics of myself -praying praying praying! -reading up on fitness and nutrition. I'm still new to the fitness world so I have lots of catching up to do! -Talking about it with friends. -Motivating others keeps me focused on my goal. I'm trying to live by example -I forgive…
